ABU DHABI, UAE– 21January2026:MAIR Group PJSC (ADX: MAIR) (“MAIR” or the “Group”), a strategic investment company focused on grocery retail and commercial real estate in the UAE, announced today that it has entered intoan Agreement with AD Ports Group to acquire KEZAD Logistics Park – KLP Free Zone 3 (FZ3),a free zone industrial and logistics group of warehouses, executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Makani Real Estate.

اتفاقية تفاهم بين نادي الجزيرة ومجموعة مير لتحويل محيط ملعب محمد بن زايد إلى وجهة تجارية حيوية  

أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – 8 سبتمبر 2025: أعلنت مجموعة مير ش.م.ع. المدرجة في سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية تحت الرمز (MAIR) (“مير” أو “المجموعة”)، وهي شركة تعنى بالاستثمارات الاستراتيجية في قطاعي التجزئة والعقارات التجارية في دولة الإمارات، ونادي الجزيرة الرياضي، أحد أكبر وأنجح الأندية الرياضية في دولة الإمارات، عن اتفاقية تفاهم تصبح بموجبها مجموعة مير شريكاً رسمياً لنادي الجزيرة في تطوير مشروع مشترك. وتم التوقيع على الإتفاقية خلال المراسم التي أقيمت في ملعب محمد بن زايد، بحضور جمال سعيد النعيمي، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة نادي الجزيرة، ونهيان حمد العامري، العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة مير.

MAIR Group and Al Jazira Club Sign MoU to Transform Surroundings of MBZ Stadium into a Landmark Commercial Destination

ABU DHABI, UAE – 8 September 2025: MAIR Group PJSC (ADX: MAIR) (“MAIR” or the “Group”), a strategic investment company focused on grocery retail and commercial real estate in the UAE, and Al Jazira Sports Club, one of the largest and most successful sports clubs in the UAE, announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under which MAIR Group will become the official partner of Al Jazira Club in the development of a joint venture.

The agreement was signed during a ceremony held at the Mohamed bin Zayed (MBZ) Stadium, in the presence of Jamal Saeed Al Nuaimi, Group CEO of Al Jazira Club; and Nehayan Hamad Alameri, Managing Director and CEO of MAIR Group.
