Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 21 October 2023: Dubai Land Department (DLD) and its judicial arm, the Rental Disputes Center (RDC), recorded a qualitative and unique participation at GITEX Global 2023, whose activities concluded on Friday, 20 October, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. DLD and the RDC presented their pioneering innovations that employed advanced digital technologies to enhance the emirate’s real estate sector.

The Tamkeen Real Estate Programme workshop empowers understanding of ‘Nafis’ and reinforces compliance with labour market laws

  • Organised by Dubai Land Department in Collaboration with the Emirati Human Resources Development Council – Dubai, the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation, and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis)

Summary of weekly real estate transactions for the week ending 15 September 2023.

Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued more than 12.7 billion in total during the week ending 15 September 2023. The sum of transactions was 2,329.

 549 plots were sold for AED 4.25 billion, 1,780 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.94 billion.

Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 24.7 billion in total during the week ending 01 September 2023. The sum of transactions was 3,223.  236 plots were sold for AED 1.82 billion, 2,302 apartments and villas were sold for AED 4.87 billion.  The top three transactions were a land in Al Thanayah Fourth sold for AED 209 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 135.56 million in Al Barshaa South Third, and a land sold for AED 104.03 million in Al Barshaa South Third in third place.
