Abu Dhabi, UAE, 16Th  May 2025: At the 25th World Conference of the International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE) being hosted in Abu Dhabi for the first time, Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH) and Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC), announced a strategic partnership with Emirates Foundation to scale the impact of the Active Abu Dhabi initiative, aimed at promoting long-term behavioral change in health and wellbeing.

In an effort to enhance innovation, health services and world-class care for patients

Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Investment Office and Masdar City sign a Memorandum of Understanding contributing to health and life sciences hub in the emirate

  • As part of the agreement, pioneering health and life sciences laboratories will be setup in Masdar City, the emirate’s ground-breaking sustainable urban community
  • The MoU was signed as part of Abu Dhabi’s recently launched Health, Endurance, Longevity, and Medicine (HELM) clusterto reinforce Abu Dhabi’s status as a global health and life sciences hub
