Dubai, 15 October 2024: Culinary maestro Chef Hou Xinqing, Area Chinese Executive Chef of Shangri-La Group and winner of the 2019 Jiangsu May 1st Labour Medal, who honed his skills under the mentorship of Huaiyang cuisine master chef Mr. Zhou Xiaoyan. Also known as the “Huaiyang Knife Master” for this exquisite knifework, Chef Hou respects for the traditions of Huaiyang cuisine and an appreciation of innovation.
