Arada launches fifth phase of Sharjah’s Masaar 3, the UAE’s bestselling forest community

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates: 6 April 2026 – Arada has launched sales at Layan, the fifth phase of its landmark Masaar 3 forest community in Sharjah. The UAE-headquartered master developer has commenced off-plan sales for 437 new villas and townhouses, with more than two thirds of units comprising three- and four-bedroom family homes.

Masaar 3 has established itself as one of the UAE’s fastest-selling suburban developments, with the first two phases launched in September 2025 selling out within mere hours of their release. Construction contracts for the first six phases of Masaar 3, including Layan, will be awarded within the next three months.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: 22 January 2026 – Arada registered year-on-year sales growth of 199% in the UAE during 2025, with AED17.3 billion worth of homes sold across master-planned communities and luxury developments in Dubai and Sharjah. Driven by strong demand for properties in its existing and newly announced projects, the master developer sold 5,140 homes last year, more than double the 2,171 units recorded in 2024.
