One Za’abeel celebrates big as it wins top awards in 3 categories at prestigious Arabian Property Awards 2023

Dubai, October 20, 2023: One Za’abeel, the iconic landmark wholly owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai, proudly celebrates its momentous wins at the Arabian Property Awards 2023. The development received 3 awards during the exclusive event held on Thursday 19 October at the Grand Habtoor Hotel in Dubai. 

Recognizing excellence and the highest levels of achievement in real estate, development, architecture, and interior design, the globally lauded Arabian Property Awards congratulated One Za’abeel on their wins for “Mixed Use Development of the Year,” “Sustainable Commercial Development of the Year,” and “Sustainable Residential Development of the Year.” In addition to these 3 awards, One Za’abeel was also announced as a “Five Star Winner” for “Mixed Use Development of the Year” and “Sustainable Commercial Development of the Year.” This additional recognition marks the development as one of the best entrants in the region, and following this announcement, One Za’abeel will be put forward for re-judging against the Five Star winners in other regions of the world – Europe, Africa, Asia, Americas – in the hope of securing the “World’s Best” title by the International Property Awards early next year.
