Yusuffali M.A. Contributes AED 150 Million to the “Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans” Initiative

Abu Dhabi, 24 February 2026: Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group International, has contributed AED 150 million in support of the “Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans” initiative, launched by the Endowments and Minors’ Funds Authority – Awqaf Abu Dhabi under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.

The “Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans” initiative aims to create a sustainable endowment (waqf) fund to ensure a stable and dignified life for orphans in the UAE and strengthen social cohesion and resilience. The contribution from Yusuff Ali M.A. highlights his deep commitment to social responsibility and the core values of giving and solidarity embedded within Emirati culture. It also reflects the strong community-wide support for the campaign, in line with the “Year of the Family” and reinforces the unity of UAE society in supporting its most vulnerable members.

Sharjah 24, February 24, 2026: His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Invest Bank, witnessed on Monday evening the launch of the new corporate identity and the announcement of Invest Bank’s financial results at the House of Wisdom.

In his speech at the ceremony, His Highness highlighted three milestones that showcase the bank’s transformation. The first is the return to profitability, achieved via immaculate operational execution, a clear vision, and calculated strategic choices. The bank achieved profitability after seven years of losses, with a net profit of AED 161 million, a net operating income of AED 435 million, an annual growth rate of 105%, and an increase in total assets to AED 14.2 billion.

إل إيه لحلول الأعمال: انضمام الإمارات إلى بروتوكول مدريد عزز قدرة الشركات على التوسّع الدولي بثقة

دبي – الإمارات العربية المتحدة – فبراير 2026 : أكدت شركة إل إيه لحلول الأعمال، من الشركات الرائدة في مجال تأسيس الشركات وحلول الأعمال في دولة الإمارات، أن حماية العلامات التجارية باتت تشكّل ركيزة استراتيجية في منظومة تأسيس ونمو الشركات، في ظل التطورات التشريعية التي عزّزت مكانة الدولة كمركز إقليمي لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

وأوضحت الشركة أن انضمام دولة الإمارات إلى بروتوكول مدريد بشأن التسجيل الدولي للعلامات التجارية، والذي دخل حيّز التنفيذ في ديسمبر 2021، منح الشركات العاملة في الدولة إطاراً أكثر كفاءة لتوسيع نطاق حماية علاماتها خارج الحدود المحلية، من خلال آلية تسجيل دولية موحّدة تشرف عليها المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (WIPO).

وفي هذا السياق، صرّح السيد لطفي عادل – الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة إل إيه لحلول الأعمال قائلاً:

“في بيئة أعمال تنافسية ومتسارعة، أصبحت العلامة التجارية أحد أهم أصول الشركة غير الملموسة. حماية هذه العلامة لم تعد إجراءً قانونياً فقط، بل خطوة استراتيجية لحفظ القيمة السوقية وضمان التوسّع الآمن في الأسواق الإقليمية والدولية.”
