أطلقت شركة “الأندلس كورت يارد” للتطوير العقاري، ومقرها دبي، المرحلة الثانية من مشروع “مايا تاون هاوس” في دبي، بعد الإقبال الكبير على المرحلة الأولى التي تم إنجازها في وقت قياسي لا يتجاوز 12 شهرا.

وبدأت “الأندلس كورت يارد” بطرح المرحلة الثانية من المشروع، وبدأ العمل فيها على أرض الواقع حيث يتم التركيز في المرحلة الثانية على المساحات لتتراوح المساحة من 2900 قدم مربع إلى 3900 قدم للتاون هاوس.

وتعليقًا على ذلك، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “الأندلس كورت يارد” للتطوير العقاري صالح طباخ: ” يسعدنا إطلاق المرحلة الثانية من مشروع (مايا تاون هاوس) بعد الإنجاز الكبير للمرحلة الأولى، ونستهدف خلال المشروع الجديد توفير المساحات الأكبر في السوق في فئة التاون هاوس المكون من 3 غرف.. كما قمنا بطرح منتج قليل عرضه في السوق وهو التاون هاوس المكون من 5 غرف نوم بمساحة صافية ٣٩٠٠ قدم وحدائق واسعة وتشطيب عالي الجودة”.

Dubai, United Arab Emirate…. The first of October, 2023:  Andalusia Courtyard, the Dubai-based leading real estate developer, launched the 2nd phase of “Maya Townhouse” project, after the huge turnout on the 1st phase, which has been completed in a record duration, not more than 12 months.

Andalusia Courtyard began offering the 2nd phase of the project, and the construction works thereof have already begun on the ground. The 2nd phase focuses upon the spaces, as the area ranges between 2900 to 3900 SqFt, per townhouse within the project.
