عقارات دبي تواصل حصد الأرقام القياسية

-٢٧٧ مليار درهم مبيعات عقارية تاريخية في 9 شهور

-٩٧ مليار درهم أعلى مبيعات ربع سنوية على الإطلاق

-٢٦ مليار درهم رقم قياسي جديد لشهر سبتمبر

دبي .. الإمارات العربية المتحدة .. الأحد 8 أكتوبر 2023:

أظهر رصد أجرته شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية، التي تتخذ من دبي مقرًا لها، أن عقارات دبي واصلت تسجيل الأرقام القياسية منذ بداية العام الحالي، شهرًا تلو الآخر وكل ربع سنة.

وبحسب الرصد ـ الذي جاء استنادًا إلى بيانات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي – فإن مبيعات السوق العقارية في الإمارة سجلت قفزة جديدة خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من العام الجاري إلى 277 مليار درهم وهي أفضل قيمة مبيعات خلال الفترة نفسها موزعة على حصيلة 92 ألفًا و330 صفقة، بنمو نسبته 51% و35% من حيث القيمة والعدد على الترتيب، مقارنة مع الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، التي سجلت نحو 183.5 مليار درهم من خلال 68 ألفًا و382 صفقة.
