ضريبة الشركات تعزز مكانة الإمارات كمركز عالمي للأعمال والاستثمار

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الاثنين 8 يناير 2023:

أكد الخبير والمستشار القانوني الدكتور فيصل سعيد الحفيتي، أن ضريبة الشركات المطبقة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تعزز مكانة الإمارات كمركز عالمي للأعمال والاستثمار.

وكشف الدكتور فيصل سعيد الحفيتي، أن تطبيق ضريبة الشركات في الإمارات جاء متماشيًا مع الجهود الدولية لمكافحة التهرب الضريبي، وكذلك لمواجهة التحديات الناشئة عن رقمنه الاقتصاد العالمي.

وتابع الحفيتي: “تعتبر نسبة 9% التي فرضتها الإمارات على دخل الشركات الذي يزيد على 375 ألف درهم (حوالي 100 ألف دولار) هي الأدنى في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، باستثناء البحرين التي لا تفرض ضريبة عامة على الشركات، وتتزامن الضريبة التي فرضتها الإمارات مع حد أدنى عالمي جديد لضريبة الشركات وضعته منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية وصدق عليه 136 دولة من بينهم الإمارات لضمان سداد الشركات الكبرى ما لا يقل عن 15% من دخلها وجعل التهرب الضريبي أكثر صعوبة”.
