Dubai, UAE – September 11, 2024 – Oracle and Google Cloud today announced the general availability of Oracle Database@Google Cloud in four Google Cloud regions across the United States and Europe. Customers will now be able to run Oracle Exadata Database Service, Oracle Autonomous Database, and Oracle Database Zero Data Loss Autonomous Recovery Service on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in Google Cloud datacenters across U.S. East (Ashburn), U.S. West (Salt Lake City), U.K. South (London), and Germany Central (Frankfurt), expanding to many more regions in the coming months across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة –17 سبتمبر 2024: أعلنت شركة PlusX Electric، الشركة الرائدة الجديدة في سوق شحن المركبات الكهربائية، عن إنطلاقها رسميًا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ملتزمة بمعالجة التحديات الحرجة لتبني المركبات الكهربائية، تستعد PlusX Electric لتحويل مشهد الشحن بحلولها المبتكرة المصممة لتلبية المتطلبات المتزايدة لسوق المركبات الكهربائية سريعة التوسع في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. من المتوقع أن ينمو سوق المركبات الكهربائية العالمي من 396.4 مليار دولار أمريكي في عام 2024 إلى 620.3 مليار دولار أمريكي في عام 2030 بمعدل نمو إجمالي مركب يبلغ 7.7%. ومن المتوقع أن تزيد حصة سوق السيارات الكهربائية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة بشكل كبير، حيث من المتوقع أن تزيد عن 15% بحلول عام 2030. ووصل عدد السيارات الكهربائية في دبي إلى 25,929 سيارة، في حين شهدت أبوظبي نموًا في أسطول السيارات الكهربائية يصل إلى 2,441 طرازًا بحلول الربع الرابع من عام 2023. وتهدف حكومة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى توسيع البنية التحتية لشحن السيارات الكهربائية إلى 10,000 محطة بحلول عام 2030، للوصول إلى 50% من المركبات الكهربائية والهجينة بحلول عام 2050. وينعكس هذا الهدف المستدام أيضًا في دبي، حيث تهدف الإمارة إلى تحويل أسطول سيارات الأجرة لديها إلى مركبات صديقة للبيئة بنسبة 100% بما في ذلك المركبات الهجينة والكهربائية والهيدروجينية بحلول عام 2027. وتهدف PlusX Electric إلى سد الفجوة الحالية في البنية التحتية للشحن العام بالإضافة إلى استكمال النمو المستقبلي من خلال توفير خدمة شحن فورية وواسعة النطاق ومريحة، مما يجعل ملكية السيارات الكهربائية أكثر عملية وجاذبية لكل من العملاء الأفراد والشركات.
