كازاخستان تحتل المرتبة 24 عالمياً في التحول الرقمي

ضمن أفضل الحكومات الإلكترونية بإنجازات عالمية رائدة

أستانا – صنفت الأمم المتحدة جمهورية كازاخستان في المرتبة 24 من حيث الحكومة الإلكترونية والثامنة في العالم من حيث الخدمات عبر الإنترنت، وأن ما يقرب من 95% من الخدمات الحكومية يتم تقديمها الآن عبر الإنترنت من خلال تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول، فيما ارتفعت صادرت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات إلى 306 مليون دولار في النصف الأول من 2024، ومن المتوقع أن يبلغ 600 مليون دولار بحلول نهاية العام، بزيادة20 مرة على مدار الخمس سنوات الماضية، فيما تهدف إلى تحقيق عائدات بقيمة مليار دولار بحلول عام 2026، حيث تقدم خدماتها إلى 86 دولة، وتحتل المرتبة بين أكثر 30 دولة رقمية في العالم والثامنة في تقديم الخدمات عبر الإنترنت.

وحصدت كازاخستان جائزة الأفضل في عدد من المسابقات الدولية، ومن بين 300 مشروع من 50 دولة، لاحظ المنظمون وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي ومعهد Public Digital وAWS مشروع SDU، وأوصى باستخدامه في دول أخرى.

وتتميز عملية التحول الرقمي في كازاخستان بأن لها تاريخها القصير وإنجازاتها ونتائجها التي يتم ملاحظتها على مستوى الأمم المتحدة والبنك الدولي ومنظمات التصنيف الدولية الأخرى، والأكثر إثارة للاهتمام هو عملية التحول الرقمي للمجال السياسي في كازاخستان، والتي يمكن اعتبارها عملية واتجاهًا جديدًا تمامًا.

Kazakhstan Ranks 24 Worldwide in Digital Digitalisation

Global Achievements & Pioneering Qualitative Leap

«ASTANA – The United Nations has ranked the Republic of Kazakhstan as the 24th country in terms of e-governance and 8th in the world in terms of online services, and almost 95% of government services are now provided online through mobile applications, while ICT exports increased 15-fold, reaching $545 million in 2024, after being about $30 million in 2019, aiming to achieve revenues of $1 billion by 2026.

Kazakhstan exports IT services to 86 countries, ranking among the world’s 30 most digitized countries and eighth in online services provision. The country is advancing in such areas as robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation.
