Wooden artist’s mannequin act enthralls visitors to SIBF 2023

To the delight of visitors to the 42nd Sharjah International Book Fair currently taking place at Sharjah Expo Centre, a roaming performance featuring a life-sized wooden artist’s mannequin provided a fun and interactive activity for people of all ages. This act, which has graced international book fairs across nine different countries, captivated audiences with its unique blend of creativity and entertainment, as “Woodenman” took selfies with attendees with its playful and engaging poses. Adorned with a giant-sized pencil and his artistic wooden-like costume, this act lit up the halls of Sharjah Expo Centre and proved to be a joy for all to witness.

لجنة تحكيم “اتصالات لكتاب الطفل”: مشاركة قياسية من 22 دولة واستبعاد 40 عملاً لعدم استيفاء الشروط

أكد عدد من أعضاء لجنة تحكيم جائزة اتصالات لكتاب الطفل، أن الجائزة شهدت هذا العام مشاركة قياسية من 22 دولة عربية وأجنبية، حيث تلقت اللجنة 323 مشاركة تنافست على 5 فئات مختلفة.

أبطال الروايات يخرجون من الكتب في “الشارقة الدولي للكتاب”

ليس غريباً أن يجد الزائر لمعرض الشارقة الدولي للكتاب نفسه أمام شخصية حية من أبطال الروايات والقصص والأفلام، فالكثير من الشخصيات الفنية والمبدعين وعارضي الأداء ممن يتقمصون شخصيات شهيرة يتجولون بين الزوار ويمازحون الأطفال ويصنعون معهم ذكريات ممتعة، إذ تجمع حول شخصية الرجل الخشبي الذي يحمل قلماً ضخماً بيده الزوار لالتقاط الصوّر والتجول برفقته.
