MERED expands UAE operations with new strategic office on Al Reem Island

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 29 July 2025 — MERED, the award-winning international real estate developer, has responded to rising investor interest in its Abu Dhabi operations with a newly opened office at Sky Tower, Al Reem Island. The new location will serve as a hub to support the expansion of its local workforce in the capital and facilitate the successful delivery of key real estate projects currently underway.

Among MERED’s planned contributions to Abu Dhabi’s skyline is a design-led waterfront project on two adjacent prime plots totaling over 23,400 square meters on Reem Island, part of the key financial hub Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The highly anticipated project is a collaboration with Pritzker Prize-winning architects, the highest global honor in architecture, and is set to become a new benchmark for super-prime living in Abu Dhabi.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 24 July 2025: Dubai Land Department signed a memorandum of cooperation with Masdar City, aiming to enable companies and establishments operating in the free zones under Masdar City to own land plots and properties under the freehold ownership system in Dubai, within a clear and comprehensive regulatory framework.

This step is part of Dubai Land Department’s efforts to enhance the competitiveness of the emirate’s real estate market and expand the investor base by creating new opportunities for free zone companies, in line with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.

“بن غاطي” تطلق “بن غاطي فلير” في دبي بقيمة استثمارية 2.1 مليار درهم خلال حفل إطلاق في العلمين – مصر

مدينة العلمين، جمهورية مصر العربية، الاثنين 28 يوليو 2025: أطلقت شركة “بن غاطي”، أحد أبرز المطورين العقاريين في دولة الإمارات، مشروعها السكني الأحدث “بن غاطي فلير” في دبي، خلال أمسية فاخرة أُقيمت في “نورث سكوير بلازا” بمدينة العلمين الجديدة، في الساحل الشمالي لجمهورية مصر العربية، بحضور تجاوز 7500 ضيف من كبار المستثمرين، الشخصيات العامة، الإعلاميين، ونخبة من المعنيين بالقطاعين العقاري والفني.

انطلقت الأمسية بعزف النشيدين الوطنيين لجمهورية مصر العربية ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، في بادرة رمزية تعكس عمق الروابط الأخوية والتكامل بين البلدين، تلا ذلك فقرة فنية استثنائية قدّمها قيصر الغناء العربي كاظم الساهر، أمتع خلالها الحضور بمجموعة من أشهر أعماله، بأسلوبه المرهف وصوته الآسر، ما أضفى على الأمسية أجواءً من السحر والرقي.

كما شارك النجم العالمي تيري كروز في تقديم الحفل، حيث أعرب عن انبهاره بمستوى الحدث والتنظيم، مشيرًا إلى أن ما شهده “يرقى إلى أعلى المعايير العالمية من حيث الإخراج والرؤية”، واصفًا حضوره إلى مصر بهذه المناسبة بـ “التجربة المبهرة”.

وبلغ الترقّب ذروته مع لحظة إطلاق الألعاب النارية التي شكّلت تمهيدًا للإعلان الرسمي عن المشروع، حيث اعتلى رئيس مجلس إدارة “بن غاطي”، المهندس محمد بن غاطي، المسرح، كاشفًا عن تفاصيل مشروع “بن غاطي فلير”، الذي وصفه بأنه بـ “النقلة النوعية” في طريقة التفكير حول المجتمعات السكنية المستقبلية، قائلاً: “مشروع بن غاطي فلير يُعبّر عن رؤية جديدة للحياة المعاصرة… رؤية تُعيد تعريف جودة العيش، وتعكس التزامنا بتقديم تجارب سكنية تتجاوز الشكل إلى المعنى، والتصميم إلى القيمة.”
