أعلنت شركة بن غاطي العقارية، المطور الرائد في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عن التوسع في مخزون أراضيها عبر شراء قطعة أرض جديدة في منطقة الخليج التجاري في إمارة دبي بقيمة 365 مليون درهم، في موقع من أهم المواقع الاستراتيجية والتي يحيط بها بعض أبرز معالم الإمارةبما في ذلك القناة المائية ودبي مولوبرج خليفة.

وتضاف هذه الأرض الجديدة لأحدث مشاريع بن غاطي الفاخرة في دبي.
