خبير عقاري يطلق مبادرة للتعريف بأسس الاستثمار الناجح في دبي

دبي- الإمارات العربية المتحدة- الثلاثاء 19 مارس 2024:

أعلن الخبير العقاري وليد الزرعوني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية، التعاون مع معهد خبراء الابتكار العقاري، لإطلاق مبادرة للتعريف بالقواعد والأسس التي يجب اتباعها عند شراء عقار والاستثمار به في إمارة دبي.

جاء ذلك خلال ورشة تثقيفية عقدت مؤخرًا بعنوان “الطريقة الصحيحة للاستثمار العقاري” والتي قدمها الخبير العقاري وليد الزرعوني، بالتعاون مع معهد خبراء الابتكار العقاري، ومُنحت هذه الورشة مجانًا للمواطنين الذين زاروا منصة معهد خبراء الابتكار العقاري في اليوم العقاري لتوظيف الإماراتيين.
