28 February, 2025; Ras Al Khaimah, UAE – The 5th edition of the RAK Biggest Weight Loss Challenge 2025 (RBWLC25), a flagship health initiative by RAK Hospital in association with the Ministry of Health & Prevention Ras Al Khaimah, has received an overwhelming response from the community. A record-breaking 24,189 participants have registered across various categories, making it the highest-ever participation in the challenge’s history. Since its inception, the competition has grown steadily, with this year’s registrations reflecting a remarkable 33% increase from last year’s 18,000 participants. This surge in participation highlights the community’s growing commitment to prioritizing health and wellness.

UAE’s First Longevity Fitness Challenge Proves Science-Backed Health Optimization Work

Dubai, UAE – [Feb 27,2025] – Biongevity, a subsidiary of BioAro and a global leader in AI-driven health analytics, genomics, and longevity science, proudly announces the successful completion of the World’s First Longevity Fitness Challenge in the UAE. Over 30 days in December 1487 participants collectively walked an astounding 11,704,796 steps, setting a new benchmark for health and wellness engagement in the region.

Based on longevity research, every 10,000 steps walked per day can contribute to an additional day of life expectancy. With this remarkable feat, participants in the challenge collectively added an estimated 1,170 days to their combined lifespans, demonstrating the tangible impact of consistent movement on longevity.
