Nobel Hygiene reveals world’s first diaper with biodegradable non-woven technology at Dubai World Health Expo together with Avgol Industries, Blue Ocean Global and Amazon Dubai

Dubai, UAE; February 11, 2026

  • At a launch event during the Dubai World Health Expo, Nobel Hygiene has unveiled the world’s first diaper with biodegradable non-woven technology.
  • Developed together with sustainable nonwovens producer Avgol, the diaper utilises Polymateria’s revolutionary Biotransformation technology for its non-woven components.
  • Available under the Teddyy Bio-Earth brand, Nobel Hygiene’s eco-conscious range, 75% of the diaper’s components by weight are fully biodegradable, marking a step-change in sustainability for the sector.
  • The diaper was launched together with Blue Ocean Global as ecommerce distribution partner and Amazon Dubai, and will be in the market starting in March.

Nobel Hygiene, a leading hygiene care products manufacturer, launched the world’s first diaper containing biodegradable non-woven technology at launch event during the Dubai World Health Expo at the Dubai Exhibition Centre.

Huawei Launches Diabetes Risk Assessment Feature at World Health Expo 2026 in Dubai

 Huawei showcased its latest wearable-based blood sugar management wellness trend insightsat the World Health Expo Dubai 2026. The feature uses non-invasive Photoplethysmography (PPG) technology using the advanced sensors on Huawei smartwatches to monitor the user’s PPG and provide proactive wellness alerts based on thecollected data. Huawei noted that this function is designed to raise awareness about potential diabetes risks and encourage users to seek early medical intervention.
