UAE Space Agency sets global standard with third CIPS Ethics Kitemark award


First space agency globally to achieve the prestigious ethical procurement certification

Abu Dhabi, UAE; May 29, 2025: The UAE Space Agency has been awarded the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Ethics Kitemark for the third consecutive year, maintaining its distinction as the world’s first space agency to receive this international honour.

The CIPS Ethics Kitemark is a globally respected standard that recognises organisations and individuals committed to upholding the highest principles of ethical behaviour and integrity in procurement and supply chain management. To be awarded the Kitemark, organisations must demonstrate that staff have completed annual ethics training and that CIPS’ globally recognised code of ethics has been adopted and embedded into procurement policies and procedures.

Collection to return from just 8 hours

Dubai, 27th May 2025 – Leading on-demand laundry service provider Laundryheap has launched a new overnight service in Dubai. Laundryheap Overnight promises to return customers’ laundry and dry-cleaning from as little as eight hours, positioning it among the fastest on-demand laundry services in the world.

The pioneering service enables customers to request free laundry collection until midnight as long as collection is ordered before 10pm. Items will be cleaned and delivered back to their homes or offices as early as 8am the next day.
