Meditation Magic in Dubai: Sadhguru’s Programme Draws 12,000 People For Inner Peace and Well-being

• Sadhguru, the renowned and world-famous Yogi, hosted the largest meditation programme in Dubai, with over 12,000 participants from over 100 nationalities

• The programme showcased the transformative power of meditation and yoga followed by an  interactive session with Sadhguru

In a remarkable convergence of people from all walks of life and nationalities, the renowned Yogi Sadhguru hosted an extraordinary event titled “Meet, Mingle, and Meditate” at the iconic Coca Cola Arena in Dubai. The largest meditation programme in Dubai till date saw a staggering attendance of 12,000 people, allowing attendees to engage in an interactive session, Live Q&A and meditation with Sadhguru.

“The purpose of Meditation is to create the necessary inner ambience for you to live in Joy and peace, and in turn unfold your genius,” said Sadhguru.

Joint efforts: Al Jalila Foundation and Tooba app join forces for patient support in the UAE

Al Jalila Foundation and the charitable application Tooba entered into a collaboration agreement

(Dubai, December 12th) – Al Jalila Foundation and the charitable application Tooba entered into a collaboration agreement aimed at making charity more convenient and accessible to donors. Tooba opens up new prospects for assisting patients in need by offering a secure space for fundraising in partnership with Al Jalila Foundation — a prominent supporter of charitable and healthcare initiatives — to ensure patients receive medical aid and support.

Over three years of working, Tooba has successfully raised $20 million for charitable foundations. Moreover, Tooba assists with healthcare and provides aid in emergencies. For instance, Tooba users raised over $2 million for earthquake victims during the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. The initiative of collaboration has already received the support of ambassadors of Tooba app, including Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Yutong e-buses will help the UAE reduce carbon emission in the transport sector as part of the UAE’s goal to achieve Net Zero target ahead of the 2050 deadline

Al Khoory Automobiles, a leading UAE-based distributor of Subaru, Yutong and King Long vehicles, announces its strong commitment and support to the UAE Government’s Green Energy Vision and its strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre.

As part of the partnership, Al Khoory Automobiles is delivering Yutong green buses to the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) that aims to deploy the new energy vehicles under its Green Bus Assessment (GBA) programme launched earlier this year.  This is in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to reduce carbon emission and help the UAE achieve its Net Zero target by 2050.

Dubai, UAE; 11 December, 2023: HH Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, President & CEO of the UAE Independent Climate Change Accelerators (UICCA) and Scott Strazik, CEO of GE Vernova, inaugurated the ‘Wonders of Wind: Double Down to Reach 3xRenewables by 2030’ exhibit in the blue zone at COP28.

Inspired by the global call to triple renewables by 2030, GE Vernova’s interactive installation includes unique artworks from around the world, educational exhibits on renewable energy, information on advanced solutions driving sustainability, an immersive VR experience that transports one to the high seas to experience the power of offshore wind, and the opportunity for visitors to share their thoughts and reflections on how we can double down to triple up renewables by 2030.
