Dubai Government Human Resources Department joins forces with General Directorate of Dubai Civil Defense to exchange expertise and develop joint training programs

Dubai, UAE, November 18, 2024:

Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the General Directorate of Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), with an aim to promote cooperation, integration, expertise and knowledge exchange pathways, as well as achieve shared goals, develop government work mechanisms, empower national cadres, and improve their skills.

The MoU is part of DGHR’s ‘Tumoohi’ program, which includes vocational training initiatives, through which the department seeks to enhance vocational and soft skills of college graduates and provide them requisite expertise needed to excel in the labor market.

Mansour, The Festival Sets Guinness World Records™ Title for The World’s Largest Ball Pit

  • Mansour, The Festival, powered by Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company (ADEC) and presented by Solutions+, successfully set a Guinness World Records™ title for The World’s Largest Ball Pit on 14 November 2024.
  • The event, held at Zayed Sports City, featured a ball pit measuring 45 metres in diameter (1,590 sqm) and filled with approximately 2.4 million eco-friendly plastic balls, set to draw thousands of families and attendees from across the UAE.

Abu Dhabi, UAE (November 15, 2024): Mansour, The Festival has officially made history, breaking the Guinness World Records™ title for The World’s Largest Ball Pit. The successful attempt, powered by ADEC, took place on the evening of 14 November at Zayed Sports City and was verified by a Guinness World Records™ adjudicator on-site.
