Ajman, UAE, 26th September 2025: Under the patronage of the Ajman Department of Tourism Development, and in collaboration with the Private Education Affairs Office, the Youth Hub, and the Government of Ajman Media Office, the first-ever Ajman edition of Big Bad Wolf, the world’s biggest book sale, was officially opened today in the presence of Khaled Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Federal Youth Authority, H.E. Mohamad Al Kaabi, Executive Director of Ajman’s Government Media Office, Mr Fadil Hussain, Director of Sharjah Book Authority, Mr Patrick Yap, Revenue & Growth Director, and Hind Sultan Al Marzouqi, Director of Development and Marketing at ADTD.

The exhibition is being held at Youth X HUB, offering an extraordinary collection of over 250,000 books at discounts of up to 90 per cent. Running till October 5, 2025, the sale invites families, students, and book lovers from across the UAE to experience 11 days of discovery, imagination, and inspiration, with books starting from AED 2.

Ajman joins Big Bad Wolf’s global movement, a milestone that reflects both the emirate’s cultural ambitions and the event’s mission to make reading accessible for all. This year’s edition, being held in collaboration with the Ajman Government and with the continued support of the Sharjah Book Authority, brings together a diverse catalogue of fiction and non-fiction, spanning thrillers, business, cookbooks, children’s stories, self-help, and more.
