Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities and State Islamic University of North Sumatra sign strategic partnership

Abu Dhabi, 9 January 2024

Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities and the State Islamic University of North Sumatra in Indonesia recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize a strategic partnership.

In signing the MoU, both parties committed to exchanging expertise and experiences, strengthening cultural and knowledge ties, in addition to facilitating an exchange program for academic staff. Moreover, the agreement called for undertaking joint co-curricular activities in education and teaching, such as summer schools and diploma programs.

جامعة دبيوجامعة أبوظبي تنضمان إلى برنامج تحالف الجامعاتمن اس ايه بي لتعزيز العمل المناخي المشترك

رحب برنامج تحالف الجامعات لعملاقة التقنية العالمية “إس إيه بي” بانضمام عضوين جديدين من دولة الإمارات إلى صفوفه، حيث تعاون البرنامج معهما ومجموعة من المؤسسات الأخرى بهدف نشر الوعي حول أهمية دور الأجيال الجديدة والتعليم والتكنولوجيا في التصدي للتحديات المناخية العالمية.

وقد انضم عضوان جديدان من المؤسسات التعليمية المرموقة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقياإلى البرنامج، وهما جامعة دبي التي أصبحت رسمياً عضواً في البرنامج خلال استضافتها للنسخة السابعة من المؤتمر الدولي حول تطوير الأعمال، وجامعة أبوظبي التي وقعت على ميثاق العضوية خلال الاستضافة المشتركة للجامعتين لمؤتمر المجتمع الأكاديمي لـ”إس إيه بي” في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا والذي استضافته جامعة دبي بحرمها الجامعي في المدينة الأكاديمية.

Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities hosts Russian student delegation from the Islamic University in Kazan

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; 21 December 2023 – Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities hosted a Russian student delegation from the Islamic University in Kazan, as part of initiatives to strengthen cultural and academic ties between the two universities.

The university set up a student camp to facilitate the visit and enable both higher education institutions to fulfill the terms set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two parties. Among the camp’s activities include an exchange of scientific projects as well as participation in joint research activities.
