تطوير سوار ذكي ثوري لمراقبة درجة حرارة الأطفال على مدار الساعة: ابتكار هندسي بأيدٍ نسائية

• في اليوم العالمي للمرأة في الهندسة، تتطلع مهندسة في جامعة هيريوت وات إلى إقامة شراكة مع الشركات لطرح سوار المعصم الذكي الخاص بها في السوق.

• شاركت المهندسة الدكتورة رُلى شرقي في تطوير فكرتها إلى جانب الطالب نخول كاليفانان وهو طالب فى السنة الرابعةبكلية هندسة الروبوتات.

• يُعتقد أن مشروع “ليتل جارد” هو الأول من نوعه في العالم.

شاركت الدكتورة رُلى شرقي، المحاضرة في جامعة هيريوت وات دبى، في تطوير ما يُعتقد أنه أول “سوار ذكي للأطفال” في العالم قادر على مراقبة العلامات الحيوية للطفل على مدار الساعة مع القدرة على إرسال تنبيهات نصية و في الحالات القصوى، ودق ناقوس الخطر مع خدمات الطوارئ.

 قضت الدكتورة رُلى شرقى الـ 12 شهرًا الماضية في العمل على مشروع “ليتل جارد او الحارس الصغير” بجانب نخول كالايفانان، وهو طالب فى السنة الرابعة بكلية هندسة الروبوتات، الذي انضم إلى المشروع كجزء من دراسته النهائية. بعد بناء نموذج أولي ناجح، يقول الثنائي إنهما على استعداد لعرض فكرتهما على شريك صناعي لديه القدرة على تقديم هذا الابتكار إلى السوق.
