شهدت هذه الصفقة أكبر عملية تسجيل طلبات على اكتتاب عام أولي على الإطلاق في سوق دبي المالي، حيث بلغ معدل تغطية الاكتتاب حوالي 165 مرة

أعلن اليوم إي اف چي هيرميس، بنك الاستثمار التابع لمجموعة إي اف چي القابضة والرائد في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، أن قطاع الترويج وتغطية الاكتتاب التابع لها نجح في إتمام خدماته الاستشارية لصفقة الطرح العام الأولي لشركة «باركن»، أكبر مزود لخدمات مواقف السيارات المدفوعة في إمارة دبي، وذلك بقيمة 428.7 مليون دولار في سوق دبي المالي. وقد قامت إي اف چي هيرميس بدور مدير الطرح المشترك لهذه الصفقة.
