دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – 07 مارس 2024: كشفت زازين بروبرتيز، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري المستدام في دولة الإمارات، عن تسجيل سوق العقارات في دبي بمختلف قطاعاته 15,489 عملية بيع بقيمة تقارب 49 مليار درهم إماراتي خلال شهر فبراير الماضي[1]. وقالت دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي إن 6,600 من هذه المعاملات هي عقارات على المخطط، وتعادل قيمتها 13.8 مليار درهم إماراتي[2]، مما يعزز قوة هذا القطاع لمواصلة دفع عجلة نجاح القطاع العقاري في دبي.

وشهدت معاملات البيع الإجمالية، والتي بلغت قيمتها 48,99 مليار درهم إماراتي في الشهر الماضي، انخفاضاً بنسبة 16% بالمقارنة مع شهر يناير،[3]، حيث أوضح مادهاف دهار، المؤسس المشارك والرئيس التنفيذي لشؤون العمليات في زازين بروبرتيز، أن العقارات على المخطط التي تقل قيمتها عن 3 ملايين درهم إماراتي ستواصل النمو في مختلف أنحاء الإمارة، لا سيما مع زيادة إقبال السكان على خيارات السكن معقولة التكلفة وعالية الجودة[4].
