Response Plus Holding PJSC to distribute AED 20 million dividend to shareholders

Abu Dhabi, April 28, 2024 – The Board of Directors of Response Plus Holding PJSC (ADX: RPM), the largest pre-hospital care and emergency medical services provider in the UAE and KSA, has announced the distribution of AED 20 million in dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023.

The announcement was ratified during the Annual General Assembly held on April 26 at the RPM Headquarters. The decision will enable RPM shareholders to receive AED 0.10 per share, with the total amount of dividends constituting 10 per cent of the company’s share capital.

The Global Partnership for Education AND the Islamic Development Bank Celebrate Innovative Financing and Pledge AN ADDITIONAL $350 million to End THE Education Crisis

RIYADH, WASHINGTON D.C., APRIL 28, 2024 – During its 2024 Annual Meetings and Golden Jubilee Celebration, the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the Arab Coordination Group (ACG) and the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), joined the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in celebrating the success of SmartEd, an innovative financing instrument that has mobilized US$500 million for education initiatives. Building on this success, the partners pledged an additional $350 million towards SmartEd: $150 million from the Islamic Development Bank, $100 million from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), $50 million from the Islamic Solidarity Fund and $50 million from GPE.
