Experts in food science, sustainability, and culinary arts make up the judging panel, tasked with selecting the best performing team from the six finalists. This comes at the conclusion of a four-year-long competition to find the best protein alternative to chicken and fish.

She toured the warehousing facilities, including the showroom, the cold chain, the kitting center, and the Knowledge and Development Center, witnessing firsthand the support and resources offered by Dubai Humanitarian, which has been crucial in facilitating swift and effective responses to urgent health needs.
