دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الأربعاء 2 أكتوبر 2024: أظهر رصد جديد أعدته شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية في دبي، أن مبيعات السوق العقارية في دبي سجلت مستوى قياسي غير مسبوق في التسعة أشهر الأولى من عام 2024، بعد ارتفاعها بنسبة 35% إلى 374.44 مليار درهم، حصيلة 130 ألفًا و412 صفقة، مقارنة بـ 277 مليار درهم حصيلة 92 ألفا و330 صفقة.
أعلنت شركة آر إم إس كابتال إنفستمنت للتطوير العقاري، التحالف المكون من 3 شركات إماراتية وأذربيجانية وتركية، عن إطلاق أولى مشروعاتها في دبي، وهو عبارة عن مرحلة جديدة من مشروع “فيردانا” الذي تباشر شركة ريبورتاج العقارية تطويره في دبي.
ويخطط التحالف الذي يضم كلا من شركة ريبورتاج العقارية الإماراتية وميسا القابضة التركية ومجموعة صباح الاستثمارية الأذربيجانية لضخ استثمارات مبدئية تُقدر بنحو 600 مليون دولار في الأسواق الثلاثة.
جاء ذلك خلال مؤتمر صحفي دولي عقد في دبي الأسبوع الحالي للإعلان عن الخطط المستقبلية لشركة آر إم إس كابتال إنفستمنت للتطوير العقاري، حيث تعتزم الشركة إطلاق ثاني مشاريعها على شواطئ بحر قزوين في باكو بأذربيجان، وذلك ضمن مشروع المرابع العربية نسيم البحر في أذربيجان.
An International real estate alliance launches their first projects from Dubai

RMS Capital Investment, the real estate developing alliance of three partners including an Emirati, Azerbaijani and Turkish companies, announced the launch of their first project from Dubai, which is a new phase of the Verdana project that Reportage Properties is developing in Dubai.
The alliance, which includes Reportage Properties from the UAE, the Turkish Mesa Holding and the Azerbaijani Sabah Investment Group, plans to pump initial investments estimated at $600 million in the three markets.

The new move was disclosed at an international press conference held in Dubai this week to announce the future plans of RMS Capital Investment Real Estate, as the new company intends to launch their second project on the shores of the Caspian Sea in Baku, within the Arabian Ranches Sea Breeze project in Azerbaijan.
