  • Revenue reached AED 3.67 billion – YTD Sep 2024, + 11% growth YoY
  • Gross Profit increased by AED 188 million, +36% growth YoY
  • EBITDA remains strong, representing ~ 10% of Revenue (Excl fair value changes in investment)
  • Total Assets increased to AED 9.4 billion (+33% vs. Dec 23)

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 25 October 2024: Ghitha Holding PJSC (ADX: Ghitha), Abu Dhabi-headquartered conglomerate spanning Dairy, Poultry, Vegetable Oil, Seafood, Agriculture, Retail and Distribution, and a subsidiary of International Holding Company (ADX: IHC), has announced a solid AED 3.67 billion in revenue for the first nine months of 2024, showcasing an impressive 11% year-on-year (YoY) growth.

The Risks of Signing Semi-Fictitious Long-Term Real Estate Investment Contracts

Real estate consultant Tariq Al Shehhi stressed the importance of legal awareness when making a real estate ownership deal, warning against being deceived before signing semi-fictitious long-term purchase contracts, and  dealing with unauthorized advertisements.

Al Shehhi noted that some investors may fall easy prey to tempting promises from unknown real estate developers  to manage units and provide guaranteed and fixed returns on a long-term contract.

وكشف الشحي، عن أن هناك بعض المستثمرين قد يقعون فريسة سهلة لوعود مغرية من شركات تطوير عقاري غير معروفة بإدارة الوحدات وبعوائد مضمونة وثابتة على عقد طويل المدى.
