وقّعت «الجنيدي للعقارات» مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة «دي إكس أر العقارية» التي تتخذ من دبي مقراً لها، وذلك لتولي مهام التسويق لمشروع «طي فيلا» الذي تطوره الشركة في منطقة الرقيبة بإمارة الشارقة، وهو مشروع سكني يتيح التملك الحر لجميع الجنسيات العربية ويوفر فرصاً استثمارية وسكنية واعدة في أحد المواقع الحيوية القريبة من دبي. ويأتي هذا التعاون في إطار توجه الطرفين لتعزيز الشراكات المهنية في القطاع العقاري والاستفادة من الخبرات التسويقية المتخصصة في تقديم المشاريع السكنية المتميزة إلى السوق الإماراتي والخليجي، بما يسهم في تعزيز حضور المشروع والوصول إلى شريحة أوسع من المستثمرين والعملاء.

وجرت مراسم توقيع مذكرة التفاهم بحضور ممثلي الطرفين، حيث وقع الاتفاقية المدير العام لشركة «دي إكس أر العقارية» الأستاذ عبد الرحمن رضا الحجار، فيما وقع عن «الجنيدي للعقارات» الأستاذ حسين إسماعيل الجنيدي رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة. كما حضر مراسم التوقيع الأستاذ سالم علي الشامسي رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة سالم علي الشامسي للعقارات، إلى جانب عدد من مسؤولي وموظفي الشركتين، في أجواء عكست روح التعاون بين المؤسسات العاملة في القطاع العقاري وحرصها على تطوير مشاريع نوعية تلبي تطلعات السوق.

ويأتي هذا التعاون انطلاقاً من إدراك «الجنيدي للعقارات» لأهمية اختيار شركاء يمتلكون خبرة قوية في مجال التسويق العقاري، حيث تتمتع شركة «دي إكس أر العقارية» بخبرة مهنية في إدارة الحملات التسويقية للمشاريع العقارية وتقديم الاستشارات التسويقية المتخصصة، إضافة إلى قدرتها على الوصول إلى شرائح متنوعة من المستثمرين والعملاء في السوق. ومن خلال هذا التعاون، تسعى الشركتان إلى إبراز مشروع «طي فيلا» بوصفه مشروعاً سكنياً مميزاً يجمع بين الموقع الاستراتيجي والتصميم العصري والقيمة الاستثمارية، إلى جانب ميزة التملك الحر لجميع الجنسيات العربية التي تعزز جاذبية المشروع للمستثمرين من مختلف الدول العربية.

Nuvé by Zoya, valued at AED 202 Million Launches in Dubai Land Residence Complex

Dubai, UAE – March 2026: Zoya Developments has announced the launch of Nuvé by Zoya, a new mid-rise residential development in Dubai Land Residence Complex, valued at AED 202,000,000. The project introduces 232 fully furnished residences within Dubai Land Residence Complex, one of the city’s established and fast-evolving residential hubs.

With a handover scheduled for Q2 2028, the development features units comprising 169 studios ranging from 414 to 519 sq ft, 51 one-bedroom residences ranging from 770 to 899 sq ft, and 12 two-bedroom residences at 1,177 sq ft.
