Etihad Rail Launches Region’s First Carbon Emission Avoidance and Reduction Certificates
16 January 2025, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Etihad Rail, the developer and operator of the UAE National Railway Network, has introduced the region’s first-ever “CO2 Emission Avoidance and Reduction Certificates,” an innovative initiative that highlights the environmental benefits of rail transport for its customers.
This significant milestone reinforces Etihad Rail’s role as a key contributor to the UAE’s climate change agenda, aligning with the nation’s Net Zero by 2050 Strategy through a transparent Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Dubai January 16, 2025: Abu Dhabi Knight Riders secured their first victory at the DP World ILT20 Season 3, defeating Sharjah Warriorz by 30 runs at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Jason Holder picked up four wickets for just 23 runs and David Willey returned figures of three wickets for 19 runs to defend their total of 159/5 with ease.

أعلنت شركة عقارات الكويت، الشركة العقارية الرائدة والمدرجة في بورصة الكويت، بالتعاون مع إيفا للفنادق والمنتجعات، عن إطلاق مشروع “الطي هيلز ” في إمارة الشارقة، بتكلفة إجمالية تصل إلى 3.5 مليار درهم. يمتد المشروع على مساحة تزيد عن 6 ملايين قدم مربع، ويشمل 1100 فيلا وتاون هاوس بتصاميم ومساحات متنوعة، تلبي مختلف احتياجات العملاء.
تتراوح وحدات المشروع بين 3 إلى 6 غرف نوم، موزعة على ثلاث مراحل تطويرية، حيث تتميز كل وحدة بوجود مسابح خاصة وتصاميم عصرية تجمع بين الفخامة والراحة.
ومن المقرر أن يتم تسليم المرحلة الأولى من المشروع في الربع الأول من عام 2028، مما يعكس التزام
