KEZAD Group Signs 50-Year Land Lease with Jotun Abu Dhabi to Set Up AED 450M Facility 

The 83,177 sqm facility will engage in manufacturing, sale and distribution of paints and coating products in the region

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 15 January 2026: Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – KEZAD Group, one of the largest operators of integrated and purpose-built economic zones in the region, and Jotun Abu Dhabi have signed a 50-year land lease agreement for the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in ICAD – KEZAD Musaffah.

Jotun Abu Dhabi, part of Jotun, one of the world’s leading paints and coatings manufacturers, will invest AED 450 million in the 83,177 square metre state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. With this investment, Jotun Abu Dhabi is embarking on a major expansion, relocating from their existing 22,000 square metre facility. The investment is set to create approximately 200 jobs in KEZAD.

Dubai, UAE – 5 January 2026 — Buying a used car in the UAE has traditionally been a leap of faith. Once the paperwork was signed and the keys exchanged, buyers were left with little recourse if issues surfaced later. World’s First Mercedes-Benz Branded City Launched by Binghatti in Meydan, Marking the Largest Real Estate Event in Dubai’s History.

Their partnership now returns with the unveiling of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city and the developer’s first masterplanned community, a monumental AED 30 billion development spanning more than ten million square feet in Nad Al Sheba.

 وتعود الشراكة اليوم مع الكشف عن مشروع”مساكن مرسيدس-بنز بليسز- بن غاطي”، أول مدينة في العالم تحمل علامة مرسيدس-بنز، وأول مجمع بالكامل من تطوير الشركة، في مشروع ضخم بقيمة 30 مليار درهم، يمتد على أكثر من عشرة ملايين قدم مربعة في منطقة ند الشبا.

وشهد حفل الإطلاق الكبير الذي أقيم في منطقة”ميدان”، واحداً من أكثر اللحظات إبهاراً في قطاع العقارات بدبي. واستضافت الأمسية نجم هوليوود تيري كروز، بحضور 25 ألف ضيف، وهو أكبر حشد جماهيري تشهده أي فعالية لبن غاطي حتى اليوم، حيث أضاء عرضٌ مبهر للطائرات المسيّرة سماء المدينة، وتتابع البرنامج الحافل من خلالمفاجأتين تاريخيتين.
