Abu Dhabi, UAE, 19 Jan 2025 — Machines Can Think 2026, the UAE’s premier AI summit, has announced Yango Group, a UAE-based global tech company, as a strategic partner for its upcoming edition, taking place on 26–27 January 2026 at Park Hyatt Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi. The summit is co-organized by Polynome Group and the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).
The celebrations marking Fragrance World’s presence in 150 countries began with a grand event at Expo City Dubai. The celebration logo was unveiled through a spectacular drone show that painted the sky with colors and narrated the history of Fragrance World, carrying the digital signature of Chairman and Founder Poland Moosa.
The logo was unveiled in the presence of popular Indian film actor Mammootty, CEO P. V. Salam, Joint CEO P. V. Safeer, and Mr. Labeeb. This was followed by the premiere of the docu-fiction film “Kunjon,” based on the life of Poland Moosa. The film was directed by Jeevan Jose and shot across several foreign countries, featuring nearly 200 actors in major and minor roles. It is scheduled to be released on digital platforms in the coming days. The cover of the book “Fragrance of Legacy,” written by Sebin Paulose based on the biography of Poland Moosa, was also unveiled on stage. The author, along with his friend Abdulla who inspired the work, was present at the event.

Leading consumer cooperative ‘Union Coop’ has completed a major expansion of its Hatta branch located in Hatta Souq, substantially strengthening its retail footprint and improving the overall shopping experience for customers in the region.
The expansion has resulted in a more than five-fold increase in retail space, with the branch area growing from 2,163.55 sq. ft. to 11,625 sq. ft., representing an approximate 437% increase in store size. This expansion enables improved store zoning, better product presentation, and enhanced customer flow.
