Stakes rise as DP World ILT20 Season 4 enters the playoffs  

  • Desert Vipers will take on MI Emirates in the Qualifier 1 in Abu Dhabi on 30 December for a place in the final while Abu Dhabi Knight Riders take on defending champions Dubai Capitals in the Eliminator in Dubai on 1 January
  • The winner of the Eliminator will progress to Qualifier 2 in Sharjah to face the loser of Qualifier 1 for the second spot in the final

سوق عقارات دبي2025: نمومتوازن واستقرار الأسعار يعززثقة المستثمرين

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (29 ديسمبر 2025): أصدرت بيوت، البوابة العقارية الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا العقارية في دولة الإمارات، تقريرها السنوي لسوق العقارات في دبي لعام 2025، والذي يقدم تحليلاً شاملاً لأداء مبيعات وإيجارات العقارات ضمن الفئات المنخفضة والمتوسطة، والفاخرة.

ويُظهر التقرير أن الزيادة في المعروض العقاري يقابلها طلب مستقر، ما أدى إلى تحركات سعرية تعكس متانة السوق العقاري ومرونته، وتؤكد سلامة الأسس التي يقوم عليها القطاع.

مبيعات العقارات في دبي: أبرز التوجهات

أظهرت بيانات بيوت لعام 2025 استمرار الارتفاع في متوسط أسعار البيع للقدم المربعة لكل من الشقق والفلل في عدد من المناطق السكنية البارزة.

في فئة العقارات المنخفضة، واصلت مناطق مثل واحة دبي للسيليكون، أرجان، داماك هيلز 2، ودبي الجنوب استقطاب المشترين الباحثين عن العقارات ذات الأسعار المعقولة. أما في الفئة المتوسطة، فحافظ الطلب على استقراره في مناطق مثل قرية جميرا الدائرية، الخليج التجاري، الفرجان والمرابع العربية 3، في حين استمر المستثمرون في الفئة الفاخرة بتفضيل مناطق مثل دبي مارينا، وسط مدينة دبي، دبي هيلز استيت، وداماك هيلز.
