Khaled Al Zarooni.. Youngest Emirati to Obtain DLD Real Estate Brokerage License

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Friday, 27 June 2025:

 Khaled Waleed Al Zarooni, a recent high school graduate, obtained a real estate brokerage license issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), making him the youngest Emirati to obtain this specialized certification, known as the “Real Estate Broker Certificate.”

This certificate,  a celebrated national achievement,  marks a milestone in Khaled’s professional and personal journey, as he was able to balance his high school studies with preparing for the accredited real estate certificate, setting an inspiring example for ambitious Emirati youth who seek to prove themselves by combining academic achievement with practical application at an early age.

خالد الزرعوني… أصغر إماراتي يحصل على رخصة الوساطة العقارية من دائرة الأراضي والأملاك بدبي

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الجمعة 27 يونيو 2025: في إنجاز وطني يُحتفى به، حصل خالد وليد الزرعوني، أحد خريجي الثانوية العامة حديثًا، على رخصة الوساطة العقارية الصادرة عن دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي، ليصبح بذلك أصغر مواطن إماراتي يحصل على هذه الشهادة المتخصصة، المعروفة باسم “شهادة بروكر للوساطة العقارية”.

ويُعد هذا الإنجاز علامة فارقة في مسيرة خالد المهنية والشخصية، حيث تمكن من التوفيق بين دراسته الثانوية والتحضير للحصول على الشهادة العقارية المعتمدة، ما يُشكل نموذجًا ملهمًا للشباب الإماراتي الطموح، الذي يسعى إلى إثبات ذاته من خلال الجمع بين التحصيل العلمي والتطبيق العملي في وقت مبكر من العمر.
