الإمارات تطلق أول دراسة خط أساس وطنية لقياس فقد وهدر الغذاء

  • تقود المبادرة الوطنية للحد من فقد وهدر الغذاء “نعمة” جهود مشتركة بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص لقياس فقد وهدر الغذاء.
  • تهدف الدراسة، التي تمتد على مدى 18 شهراً، إلى قياس وفهم أسباب ومواقع فقد وهدر الغذاء، من خلال إشراك عينة تضم أكثر من 3,000 مشارك من الأسر والمؤسسات وشركات القطاع الخاص على مستوى الدولة.
  • ستُسهم نتائج الدراسة في تصميم تدخلات أكثر دقة ومرتكزة على الأدلة، للحد من فقد وهدر الغذاء، إضافة إلى بناء مؤشرات وطنية تساعد في تتبع أهداف الحد منهما.
