10th Annual Career Fair Marks Rising Industry Confidence in Homegrown Graduates

Dubai, UAE: In a strong signal of shifting talent acquisition trends, UAE-based employers are increasingly tapping into the fresh talent pool at BITS Pilani Dubai Campus (BPDC)—a trend that was on full display at the university’s 10th Annual Career Fair, held recently at its campus in Dubai International Academic City.

This year’s fair saw a record participation of 79 UAE-based companies, representing a 43.6% increase from the previous edition.
