أكثر من 50 ألف صفقة عقارية منذ بداية العام وحتى 10 أبريل

 216.3 مليار درهم إجمالي التصرفات العقارية في أول 100 يوم

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، الجمعة 11 أبريل 2025:

رصدت شركة الخبير العقارية، العلامة التجارية الجديدة في قطاع الاستشارات العقارية في دبي، تسجيل السوق العقارية في دبي مبيعات عقارية قياسية تصل إلى 160 مليار درهم خلال أول 100 يوم من عام 2025، ما يعكس الزخم المستمر وحالة الانتعاش في السوق.

وأظهر الرصد الذي اعتمد على بيانات دائرة الأراضي والأملاك خلال الفترة من بداية العام حتى يوم 10 أبريل 2025، بلغ حجم صفقات المبيعات المنفذة خلال هذه الفترة نحو 50853 صفقة توزعت إلى 38.384 ألف وحدة سكنية، و4756 مبنى، و7713 صفقة أرض.

وبلغت قيمة الرهون العقارية خلال الفترة 45.91 مليار درهم عبر تنفيذ 10425 صفقة، أما الهبات فسجلت 10.7 مليار درهم عبر تنفيذ أكثر من 2213 معاملة.

ورصدت البيانات، أن قيمة التصرفات العقارية الإجمالية (المبيعات + الرهون + الهبات) سجلت 216.3 مليار درهم عبر تنفيذ 63491 صفقة خلال فترة الـ100 يوم.
