دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة،5 أبريل 2025: أعلنت مجموعة”الأندلس للتطوير العقاري”، التي تتخذ من دبي مقرا، عن تعيين شركة الوثبة للمقاولات العامة لبدء أعمال الإنشاء في مشروع “بوتيغا نوفيه”، المبنى السكني الفاخر المكون من تسعة طوابق في منطقة مجان بدبي بقيمة سوقية تبلغ 150 مليون درهم.

ويعد المشروع هو الأول من بين ثلاثة مشاريع مرتقبة ضمن علامة “بوتيغا ريزيدنسز باي أندلسية”، والتي تهدف إلى تقديم تجربة سكنية إيطالية فاخرة حقيقية مصممة خصيصًا للعائلات الباحثة عن نمط حياة راقٍ في دبي.
