Dubai, UAE – 5 June 2024| Tashkeel and SALT unveiled a stunning set of designs from some of the UAE’s most innovative and creative visual artists at a special event in Dubai last night.

The designs were chosen following a nationwide open call that saw entries coming in from across the Emirates, with 20 selected to go on display at SALT’s Marsa Al Arab restaurant in the new Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel.

Dubai, June 5, 2024 – Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has released its 2024 Global Asset Management Report, highlighting the Middle Eastern asset management sector’s significant contribution to the industry’s growth. According to the report, the region’s Assets Under Management (AuM) surged by 13%, rising from $2 Trillion in 2022 to $2.3 Trillion in 2023, emphasizing the sector’s pivotal role in the global asset management landscape.

BCG’s latest report, “AI and the Next Wave of Transformation,” comprehensively analyzes how artificial intelligence reshapes the asset management industry. The report surveyed asset managers who collectively oversee over $15 Trillion in assets and reveals a strong consensus among industry leaders that a shift toward AI-driven management is essential.

Canadian University Dubai partners with Global University Systems Canada to create pathways to medical schools


Agreement provides BSc in Public Health graduates with direct entry to North American medicine programs

June 06,2024, Dubai, UAE:  Canadian University Dubai (CUD) has signed a ground-breaking agreement with Global University Systems Canada, to provide students with a structured pathway to enter one of three medical schools in North America. Under the partnership, graduates of CUD’s Bachelor of Science in Public Health degree programs will have the unique opportunity to earn direct entry into Saba University School of Medicine (SABA), Medical University of the Americas (MUA), or St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine (SMU). The collaboration marks a significant milestone as the first of its kind in the UAE, the GCC and the MENA region.
