أطلقت «بسمي بالجملة» مبادرة «إمباور مارت» لتمكين ورعاية رواد الأعمال الناشئين ودعم نمو الشركات القائمة، بما في ذلك الفنادق والمطاعم والكافيتريات خلال فعالية «بسمي ميجافيست» والتي تمتد من 15 يناير وحتى 14 مارس 2024 في جميع متاجر «بسمي بالجملة».

وتقدم «بسمي بالجملة» الفرصة للفوز بمتاجر صغيرة وتشمل الجائزة دفع الإيجار ورسوم الترخيص والتصميم الداخلي ومخزون من السلع. ويحصل الفائزون، سواء كانوا خبراء في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو رواد أعمال جدد، على تدريب شامل لمدة 3 أشهر يغطي مجالات إدارة الأعمال والمحاسبة والخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة سلاسل التوريد. وسيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين في 3 فعاليات سحب خلال شهري فبراير ومارس.
