جاءالخبير العقاري وليد الزرعوني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية التي تتخذ من دبي مقرا لها، ضمن قائمة الوسطاء المواطنين الأكثر مبيعًا للعقارات في إمارة دبي خلال عام 2023 بقيمة ناهزت 222مليون درهم، وذلكللسنة الخامسة على التوالي.

وفي تعليقه قال وليد الزرعوني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية، إن تسجيل هذه المبيعات الكبيرة مع البقاء ضمن قائمة أكثر الوسطاء الإماراتيين مبيعًا يعكس تميز الشركة ونجاحها في الفوز بأفضل المشاريع العقارية مع الالتزام بتقديم أحسن الخدمات للعملاء.

وأضاف: “يسعدنا المحافظة على تفوقنا داخل سوق دبي عام تلو أخر منذ إطلاقنا لشركة دبليوكابيتال في عام 2007″، مؤكدًا على “الحرص على تسجيل الشركة نمو مستدام وزيادة عدد العملاء المستفيدين من الخدمات المقدمة، وتقديم الدعم الاستشاري بحكم الخبرات المتراكمة لدينا، إلى جانب الحرص على الارتقاء بالقطاع العقاري داخل الإمارة، ونشر الثقافة العقارية والعمل على جذب مستثمرين أجانب وضخ استثمارات في القطاع الأنشط في دبي، هذا بجانب التزامنا بالقوانين والتنظيمات وشرف المهنة”.
