شركة أكوا العقارية تطلق مشروع “ذا سنترال داون تاون” السبّاق

شركة التطوير العقاري متعدّدة الجنسيات العالمية تكشف الستار عن مشروع فريد متعدّد الاستخدامات يُعيد صياغة مفهوم الحياة في المدينة وذلك ضمن وجهة أيقونية بمساحة 7 أفدنة

دبي: يسرّ شركة أكوا العقارية  متعدّدة الجنسيات والحائزة على جوائز المتمركزة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة الإعلان عن إطلاق مشروع “ذا سنترال داون تاون” الثوري الذي يؤكّد التزامها بتغيير مفهوم تجارب العيش الفاخرة في دبي.

وقد أعلنت شركة أكوا العقارية مؤخراً عن خططها الطموحة لإطلاق سلسلة من المشاريع المتميّزة في دبي تقدّر قيمتها بـ3 مليار درهم إماراتي أي ما يعادل 816 مليون دولار أمريكي. تستعد شركة أكوا العقارية لإطلاق تحفة معمارية لا يُعلى عليها، تمهد عبرها الطريق لعصر جديد من أسلوب الحياة الفاخر في أرجان، ومن المقرر إطلاق مشروع “ذا سنترال داون تاون” خلال الأسبوع الأول من فبراير 2024. وفي معرض التعليق على هذه الخطوة، عبّر السيد علي تومبي، مؤسس شركة أكوا العقارية عن حماسته لإطلاق هذا المشروع السبّاق، قائلاً: “يسرّنا الكشف عن مشروع “ذا سنترال داون تاون” الذي يجسّد رؤيتنا التي تهدف إلى الارتقاء بمفهوم تجارب العيش الفاخرة مع إضفاء لمسة من الراحة التامة وسهولة الوصول إلى كافة جوانب الحياة اليومية”.
