كشفت رائدة التطوير العقاري للمنتجعات والمساكن الفخمة “منتجعات واو” النقاب عن مشروع “جاي دبليو ماريوت السكني ومنتجع جاي دبليو ماريوت جزيرة المرجان”، والذي سيشيّد على ثرى مشروع جزيرة المرجان الفخم في رأس الخيمة، وبهذا تكون الجزيرة التي تتميز بسرعة ازدهارها ونموها المكان الذي يضم أول عقار سكني تشيّده ماريوت الدولية ضمن دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ويأتي ذلك في إطار التعاون الاستراتيجي بين منتجعات واو وماريوت الدولية والذي أعلن عنه في نوفمبر الماضي 2023. 

وسيغدو هذا المشروع الفريد، والذي تقدر قيمة استثماراته بنحو 4.8 مليار درهم، جاهزاً للتسليم بحلول عام 2026 حيث سيكون الصرح الأبرز في إرث شركة ماريوت الدولية من المشاريع السكنية. ومن المقرر أن يقدم هذا المشروع الفاخر مفهوماً جديداً للحياة الفارهة على الواجهة البحرية في المنطقة، مؤكداً بذلك الالتزام الراسخ بالاستثمار في سوق العقارات المزدهر في دولة الإمارات. ونوهت “منتجعات واو” أن استثمارها الإجمالي في هذا المشروع الفريد يعكس مدى التزامها بالارتقاء بمعايير الحياة السكنية في المنطقة. وسيجمع هذا المشروع مزيجاً من التصميم فائق التطور ووسائل الراحة ذات المستوى العالمي والضيافة التي لا مثيل لها، مما يجعل منه معلماً أيقونياً ضمن مجتمع جزيرة المرجان.

Mira Aerospace and SENAI CIMATEC Collaborate Towards the Advancement of High-Altitude Platform Systems Technology in Brazil and Latin America

Abu Dhabi, UAE 29 January 2024 — Mira Aerospace, a global leader in HAPS technology, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SENAI CIMATEC, one of Brazil’s most advanced ecosystems for education, science, technology, and innovation, with a specific emphasis on developing industry solutions. The agreement was signed during the launch ceremony of Bahia Aerospace Technology Park at SENAI CIMATEC headquarters in Salvador, Bahia, in the presence of Tigran Babayan, Chief Strategy Officer of Mira Aerospace, and other executives.

The initiative merges Mira Aerospace’s HAPS capabilities with SENAI CIMATEC’s expertise in more than forty technological areas. This collaboration lays the foundation for Mira Aerospace to integrate its HAPS technology into the upcoming Bahia Aerospace Technology Park; the first of its kind in the North and Northeast of Brazil, to be established at Salvador Air Force Base.
