Summary of weekly real estate transactions for the week ending 20 October 2023.

Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at 8.2 billion in total during the week ending 20 October 2023. The sum of transactions was 1,524.

 232 plots were sold for AED 2.57 billion, 1,292 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.08 billion.

 The top three transactions were a land in Al Hebiah Fourth sold for AED 65.13 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 56.67 million in Al Thanayah Fourth, and a land sold for AED 51 million in Al Yufrah 4 in third place.

Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, Chairperson of The Big Heart Foundation (TBHF) and UNHCR Eminent Advocate, has promptly responded to the acute crisis on the Gaza strip that has left millions of Palestinians, including women, children and the elderly, under siege.

The globally admired humanitarian leader has directed TBHF, a leading Sharjah-based global humanitarian organization dedicated to helping refugees and the needy worldwide, to provide critical aid worth AED 30 million to the victims of the devastating ongoing war in Gaza.

دبي في 21 أكتوبر 2023 : أعلنت الجمعية العلمية لمهندسي الكهرباء والتكنولوجيا فرع إدارة التكنولوجيا ، بالتعاون مع جامعة دبي و المؤسسة الدولية للابتكار وريادة الأعمال اليوم عن نتائج أعمال الدورة الخامسة من أعمال تحدي العرب لإنترنت الأشياء والذكاء الإصطناعي 2023 ، وذلك بمشاركة 12 دولة عربية هي الجزائر والبحرين ومصر والأردن ولبنان وليبيا والمغرب وسلطنة عمان وفلسطين وقطر وتونس والإمارات العربية المتحدة، جاء ذلك على هامش ختام فعاليات معرض ومؤتمر جيتكس جلوبال الذي أقيم في الفترة من 16-20 أكتوبر الجاري في دبي.

أبوظبي، 21 أكتوبر 2023: تنظم ريبورتاج العقارية، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري بالإمارات، يوما خاصا للمبيعات في دبي، يوم الأحد الموافق 22 أكتوبر الحالي، وذلك بفندق ويستن دبي النادي السياحي.
