FINTECH SURGE UNVEILS THE FUTURE OF RETAIL AND DIGITAL PAYMENTS

Dubai – United Arab Emirates – 18 October 2023: Fintech Surge 2023, the global gathering for the entire fintech ecosystem, hosted its final day today at its new location, the iconic Dubai Harbour. The event has welcomed thousands of people across the fintech ecosystem over the past four days.

The final day set the stage for the future of retail and digital payments. One of the sessions focused on ‘The Shift From Speculation to Web3 Utility – Spotlighting Payments, FX & Aid’. Miriam Kiwan, Vice President of Middle East and Africa at Circle, highlighted how her company is expanding its presence in the region including within the UAE. She explained why reducing costs of cross border payments is very important as more than 1.7 billion people are under banked globally.

FUTURE BLOCKCHAIN SUMMIT SETS THE STAGE FOR A GREENER FUTURE

Dubai – United Arab Emirates – 18 October 2023: Future Blockchain Summit 2023, the premier blockchain exhibition, came to a close today at the iconic Dubai Harbour. The event has seen record participation for its sixth edition, welcoming world-leading crypto, blockchain and Web3 experts to Dubai across the four days.

Blockchain for a greener future

A primary focus for the final day was on building the movement of the blockchain community to support effective global climate change. Miroslav Polzer, Strategic Director, Climate Chain Coalition and Founder & CEO IAAI, moderated a panel ‘WEB 3 Technologies for Climate Action’, welcomed guests from Evercity, World Metaverse Council, Captain Planet Foundation, MaasVentures and Krypc Technologies.

تشير الدراسات الحديثة في سوق العقارات بالإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى أنه من المتوقع بحلول عام 2026 أن تتضمن منطقة دبي الجديدة 1,800 وحدة سكنية حديثة، بينما ستتضمن منطقة وسط دبي 1,900 وحدة سكنية أخرى سيتم تسليمها في الفترة ذاتها. واستجابةً للطلب المتزايد في سوق العقارات بدبي، تستعد لندن غيت الشركة الرائدة في قطاع التطوير العقاري لإنجاز ما وعدت به من إتاحة الفرصة لعيش “حياة استثنائية” في دبي حيث ستعمل على تسليم 2000 وحدة سكنية راقية في أرقى مناطق دبي. ومن المتوقع أن يتم تسليم كافة الوحدات السكنية في غضون الأشهر الستة المقبلة، إلى جانب إطلاق مشروعين آخرين بحلول ديسمبر 2023.
