Dubai | October 23: As the weather begins to cool down, Fouquet’s Dubai invites you to embark on a gastronomic journey like no other with their brand-new winter menu. Bursting with classic French flavours and carefully crafted dishes, this seasonal offering promises a heart-warming dining experience that will leave your taste buds dancing with delight.

Fouquet’s, an iconic brand steeped in Parisian heritage, has taken its legacy to new heights with this exquisite menu. From the moment you step through the doors, you’ll be transported to the charming streets of Paris, flanked by a cascade of antique, outdoor lanterns.

The Brasserie is decorated with refinement and pure elegance at the core, throwing out to the stunning vista of Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa. In an exciting update, the full “a la carte” menu is now available on “Le Toit” rooftop – an outdoor enclave of unadulterated Parisian charm.

The art of culinary excellence reigns supreme with the unveiled winter menu, beautifully capturing the essence of French cuisine. Some of the delectable creations on offer include the utterly delicious, moreish, and warming traditional French Onion Soup– a must-try for those seeking comfort in every spoonful. Escargot lovers will adore the Burgundy Snails with Garlic Butter and Spinach, encased in a light, yet crunchy puff pastry.

There’s a mouth-watering array of seafood creations on offer, including perfectly cooked Pan Seared Sea Scallops that are beautifully complimented by parsnip, purple potato purée, and parmesan cream. Meunière Style Dover Sole– a succulent 500-600g fish, served with mashed potato and beurre nantais sauce and the black cod filet accompanied by wild mushrooms and sea asparagus, a symphony of flavours that dances on your palate.

Meat connoisseurs will delight at the myriad of beef dishes like the classic beef bourguignon – a timeless French favourite, slow-cooked to perfection, classic beef tartare– hand-cut and seasoned to perfection, served with pommes “Coin de Rue,” and the epic showstopper 1.5-1.6kg of Tomahawk Beef, perfect for sharing.

Desserts are never an afterthought but a stunning course to beautifully wrap up the meal. Guests can choose from new creations that include the French classic – Rum Baba served with vanilla Chantilly cream, while Coupe Marie Galante melds exotic ice cream, coconut, mango, and passion fruit, Chantilly cream, and almond tuile
