The CEOs Advisory Council of the UAE Banks Federation (UBF), the sole representative and unified voice of UAE banks, held its third meeting of 2023 under the chairmanship of H.E. Abdulaziz Al-Ghurair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of UBF to discuss the latest developments in the banking and financial sector, follow up on the implementation of the Federation’s strategy for the year and implement the decisions taken in the last meeting in June.

The festival’s third edition focuses on global water challenges with a series of international and regional film screenings and panel discussions

Abu Dhabi, UAE – October 17, 2023: Al Sidr Environmental Film Festival, organised in collaboration with the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) and New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD), announces its engaging two-day program set to take place on October 22 and 23, 2023, at the Arts Center at NYU Abu Dhabi.

In line with the Year of Sustainability in the UAE and COP28’s vision, Al Sidr Environmental Film Festival emphasizes the essential role of water in achieving environmental sustainability. The festival collaborates with EAD to spotlight the environment, leadership, and COP28’s goals, promoting a sustainable future for all, while highlighting the theme of “Water” and its crucial connection to climate change, ecological equilibrium, and human survival.
