Freshworks Appoints Johanna Jackman as Chief People Officer
Dubai, UAE, September 2023—Freshworks Inc., (NASDAQ: FRSH) today announced the appointment of Johanna Jackman as the company’s new Chief People Officer (CPO). Johanna joins the executive team and reports to Freshwork’s Chief Executive Officer Girish Mathrubootham and President Dennis Woodside. Jackman will be responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy and operations, which oversees HR business partnerships, talent acquisition and employee development, facilities, compensation and benefits, corporate social responsibility programs, and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.

أبو ظبي – الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 11 سبتمبر 2023: أعلن فريق الإمارات القابضة ADQ، فريق السيدات المحترف الأول في الدولة، عن انضمام ثلاث دراجات إلى الفريق، استعداداً للمشاركة في سباقات وطوافات موسم 2024، حيث وقّع الفريق عقدين جديدين مع كل من تيريزا نيومانوفا ودومينيكا فلودارشيك، اللتان ستنضمان إلى الفريق المحترف، بالإضافة إلى عقد مع اللاعبة الشّابة فيدريكا فينتوريللي، التي ستنضمّ إلى الفريق القاري للناشئات.
تيريزا نيومانوفا هي دراجة متميزة من جمهورية التشيك ولدت في 9 أغسطس 1998، وتستطيع من خلال خبرتها دعم لاعبات فريق الإمارات القابضة (ADQ) وذلك بفضل سجلها الحافل، بما في ذلك البطولات الوطنية المتعددة واعتلائها منصّات بارزة في السباقات الشهيرة، كطواف سويسرا وسباق فويلتا بورجوس للسيدات.
أمّا اللاعبة الثانية في الفريق المحترف فهي دومينيكا فلودارشيك، من بولندا التي ولدت في 27 يناير 2001. تعد دومينيكا نجمة كبيرة في عالم ركوب الدراجات رغم صغر سنها، حيث حققت بالفعل انتصارات متعددة واعتلت الكثير من منصات التتويج، كطواف جيرو دي توسكانا للسيدات وفوزها في تحدي واترسلي للسيدات، مما أظهر موهبتها وأكسبها مكانة ثابتة كرياضية محترفة.

Abu Dhabi – UAE, 11th September 2023: UAE Team ADQ is thrilled to announce the addition of exceptional riders to their roster for the upcoming 2024 season. The team’s relentless pursuit of excellence has led to the signing of Tereza Neumanova and Dominika Włodarczyk, both joining the professional team and Federica Venturelli, who will be part of the UAE Development Team.
Tereza Neumanova, a distinguished Czech professional road cyclist born on August 9, 1998, who brings a racing wealth of experience to UAE Team ADQ. With an impressive track record, including multiple National Championships and notable finishes in key UCI races, including stage podiums secured at the Tour de Suisse Women and the Vuelta a Burgos.
Dominika Włodarczyk, hailing from Poland and born on January 27th, 2001, is a rising star in the cycling world. At 22 years old, she has already achieved remarkable victories and podium finishes in stages of the Tour de Feminin, Gracia Orlova, at the Giro Toscana Femminile and in the GC of the Watersley Womens Challenge, showcasing her exceptional talent and determination.
Federica Venturelli, the Junior World Champion in individual pursuit and Madison – part of UCI – is set to shine as part of the Development Team. The Italian athlete’s remarkable achievements in the junior category, including gold and silver medals at the Track World Championships, are a testament to her extraordinary abilities. Federica’s signing reinforces UAE Team ADQ’s commitment to nurturing young talents and cultivating a competitive team for the long term.
MBRSLP funded virtual ecosystem aims to educate on Dubai realty market
September 11,2023 : Dubai, UAE: A student from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computing at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Dubai is preparing to launch the first edition of a one-of-a-kind real estate summit in the metaverse. Senior Computing Security major, Volston Abreo, is convening Real Estate Worldscape 2023, to support education and knowledge sharing in the sector, and to help shape the future property market in Dubai.
